Loving all the inflatable fish that I think Southampton said were not permitted for some strange reason.

If Grimsby go through their Quarter Final date would be on the 14th March and we play them on the 18th. I think replays are 10 days after though so maybe no chance of it being changed, let’s hope they’re knackered

No replays for quarter finals this season
Quarter final day is Saturday 18th and we play them on Tuesday 21st

They’ve been remarkable in the cup this year. Beat Plymouth 5-1, beat league 1 Cambridge away, beat league 1 Burton away, drew with Luton away and then beat Luton 3-0 in the replay, and now they’re beating a prem team away 2-0. I think it shows that their side has definitely got more potential than they’re currently showing in the league. Could be a team to watch out for next season.

They're good value for their lead tonight, fully deserve to be winning.

Josh Emmanuel playing for Grimsby is so odd. He’s a championship quality player. He beat two players and hung up two brilliant crosses for both their goals at Northampton the other week. He’s been absolutely fantastic tonight as well. He’s got a combination of elite pace, power and crossing ability that you just don’t see in league two.

Incredible achievement - well done Grimsby.
I’m desperate for us to have a cup run like that or Lincoln’s at least once in my lifetime.

Us oldies have already had our cup run in 1969

Could’ve played either manchester club, relatively easy trips to blackburn, burnley or sheffield utd, or just a home game.
And then they get brighton away

That's the worst possible draw they could have got.
Good for us though, plenty of travelling for them 3 days with a 10 hour round trip before we play them. Hope they go into extra time to knacker them up a bit more.

No doubt we’ll draw the best team in league 1 away again in either the first or second round

I think they're already the team to watch. They're 3 unbeaten in the league, including a win against Northampton and draw with Orient. There's always one team who comes from the bottom half and storms into the playoffs and with a galvanising cup-run, they're as good a bet as anyone to be that team. We should definitely be looking over our shoulders at them. The game in a few weeks will be potentially huge.

Grimsby have announced that their game against Brighton is being played on the Sunday.
We are due to play them on the Tuesday. Will we be made to move this back a day?

They’ve gone 9 league games without a win (NYD against us), so let’s hope they’re due a couple of results now. If they could take 4 points from their next two games against Bradford and Stevenage it would do us a favour!
