My tickets were flagged as 'Restrictions - Team East' and I was wracking my brain for 5 minutes trying to work out what it meant. Once I worked it out I thought it's hardly a restriction, more of a burden.

Got charged just the flat rate for the price of the tickets....no booking fees as was alluded to in the post made by the club on the official site....
So looked into this and Ticketmaster are stating that all booking fees are to be "absorbed" by the club.
Looks like Ticketmaster have had the club's pants down.
Imagine if we sell 15-20,000 and it's £2.50 per ticket!!!!
It also said on the O.S. that there'd be a charge to print at home on top of that too!!!
Looks as though the post on the official site has been amended as it says nothing about booking fees now.
Still, I hope ticketmaster haven't had the club's pants down.

I'm sure JR will be able to find it down the back of his sunlounger for us.
He did lay on the transport for the FGR replay.
Either way, I appreciate the gesture from the club.

You're the team in the East side of the ground

My confirmation email says this:
Please note all tickets will be emailed to you closer to the event date and no later than 72 hours prior to the game.
I’d have liked paper tickets but didn’t get the option either way.
Said mine would be posted to my Home address

I think 107 is the disabled section, I originally chose tickets there

Don't quote me, but normally on ticketmaster you can click add to wallet on iPhone and it will store them digitally

Bloody nightmare trying on a smartphone. Gave up after nigh on an hour, used a computer, straight in, sorted.
Upon booking said they'd be snailmailed to home address.
So frustrating on the mobile trying and trying and just watching the seats turning more grey and unavailable.

Mine also said that, but if you check your email confirmation it’ll most likely say they’ll be emailed to you I think.

I think because of the fast turn around involved with play off finals they have withdrawn the postal option.

Got 8 on the back row of 113. Even though the blocks aren’t highlighted, if you select how many seats you want it then gives you the best seats in other blocks. Can see all lower now highlighted. Can’t wait

what a shambles, how does that site cope with the FA Cup final or other events of similar sizes.

Yes 100% - Even says on the print out "All items will be delivered to the following address unless you have chosen another method of delivery" but when I called them they sent an confirmation email saying "e-tickets will be sent no later than 72 hours before the game"
