What happened to Bowery as Sky didn’t show it? I have heard he was assaulted by a Northampton fan which if true is an absolute disgrace. I hope they ban the perpetrator.
He was so good last night and did not deserve that.
Also well done to the brilliant Stags fans who stayed off the pitch and enabled everyone to celebrate together.
Mansfield Town, my club even though been exiled in London since 1983.

Just throwing him out of the ground isn’t good enough. The man should be put before the courts and banned appropriately.
Yes his emotions were probably running high but weak action in these circumstances just encourages others to do the same and worse. The workplace should be a safe environment for all including footballers.
I look forward to the local constabulary taking the correct and appropriate action.

Spot on Sandy. If no further action is taken it sends out the totally wrong signal.
Pessimists are never disappointed.

What is wrong with folk. After the idiot at the Forest game we have this.
If it carries on we are going to be watching games behind wire fences.

The person who invaded the pitch went straight up to Bowery and pushed him.

Or not being able to see the games at all. The EFL are considering stadium bans.
It's not hard, keep off the flipping pitch.
Anyway, on Bowery, was absolutely superb last night and was, by far, our best player over the two games.

Some Cobblers fans saying the pitch invader was a Stags fan in the home end?! The flare looked more our colour than theirs?

Laughable suggestion. He pushed Bowery aggressively

Yeah fair shout he's also been superb, but I still go with Bowery for his impact at both ends.

Jordan Bowery is creating a real cult following. Played in the right way he's a class act.
Hope he's offered a new contract.
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

That was a brum fan punching Grealish about 4 years ago. A Leicester fan hit a Forest player in the FA Cup this season. Think both of them got time and rightly so.

Was it really that long ago? I thought there was another incident recently with Birmingham
Totally forgot about Leicester too.

I don’t think FGR have enough fans for a “mass” pitch invasion
