Think the players we need to stay calm and keep our concentration but I’m sure Clough and the coaching staff will drill this into them. The longer it goes without the Cobblers scoring the more their own fans will become unsettled and hopefully this will be passed onto the Cobblers team. Keep the Faith. COYS

Reality: backs to the wall for 90 minutes after we concede a free kick in our own half within the opening 30 seconds
Goes without saying, but the first goal is obviously huge. I see Northampton haven’t won a game this season when they have fell behind so it would be a big step, although there’s a first for everything.
Our away record at the top teams is what concerns me going in to this one. Not a single win away against any side in the top 11 which is pretty mad. 3 draws in those fixtures. Praying that we’re due a big away performance!

Heart says 1-1 or maybe 0-1, head still saying it'll all be decided by penalties.
I'm off to stock up on nerve pills

Speaking of pens… if it came down to it would anybody think about swapping keepers?
Stech would certainly look more imposing between the sticks.
I don’t think it would be a very Clough thing to do so wouldn’t expect it.

Macca then comes out and says he’s gone for Wednesday despite a tight hammy.
That attempt at mind games lasted all of ten minutes

Didn't Clough bring on Stone last season in the game against Dagenham in the 120th minute. Looked set to go to penalties and Stone's long kick started the move for the winner.
