I've written up some parts of the interviews for the Stagsnet news archive since no other media outlet has done it.
Keaton Ward told iFollow Stags
"I'm so pleased, so are my family, and all my friends who obviously support the club. I've lived here all my life so it's a massive thing for us all.
"A feeling a massive pride, ... mum, dad, ... nana and grandad are season ticket holders in the West Stand.
On the Oldham game, his first start in professional football: "I didn't know I was starting until an hour and a half before the game, I was just buzzing when I saw my name on the team sheet.
"I just had to go out and prove myself and I think I gave a good account of myself.
"(Nigel Clough) has been brilliant with me, he's helped me. Him, Garns (Andy Garner) and Gaz (Gary Crosby) have all been brilliant with me since I've come in, helping me, telling me what I need to do."

"It's a dream come true to sign a professional contract at a club like Mansfield.
"Nigel spoke to me last season and said he wanted me to be part of his squad next year.
"I spent 10 years at the Derby County academy and I think that's helped me a lot.
"I'm a left back. I can play left wing-back, I can do a job on the wing as well.
"I really enjoyed coming on in the last 10-15 minutes (in the last two games of the season), ... what I've been working towards my whole life.
On his dad, Gary Charles, the ex Aston Villa full back: "He's really happy for me."
