Giving the ball away too much, thought Clarke was fouled first though

Needs to get his head off the ground, he’s always looking at the ball. Lack of awareness.

I get nervous when we try to play it out from the back. We ain't good enough for that
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

To be fair their midefield are snapping at his heels as soon as he has the ball.
Sinclair looks abit lost.....no idea how to run into or create space at the minute

Free kick for the Stags. 30 or so yards out. Sinclair shoots into the wall.

Quinn on the left. Attempts to play a ball through a defenders legs and it hits the defenders leg and Quinn gets the ball back and curls a right footed shot just wide of the right post.

Newport are disrupting our forward line very well. But, they still look sketchy. They're leaving pockets of space open

Great play from the Stags to fashion chances. It was so fast (the passing) that I can't recall exactly what happened apart from great work from Maris gets him a chance at goal that is blocked and Quinn gets a cross in and Sinclair heads over.

Sinclair just mistimed his jump for that header. Was on the way down as he made contact.

Did Martin just say "put the referee to his lips" to signal the ref about to blow for half time?

When we get it down and play football we create chances and look dangerous. Getting bullied a bit by the most physical team in the league. Ollie Clarke is so important driving us forward but he's not at the races tonight. Quinn having a stormer though.

Sure did
"The referee puts the referee to his lips"
I'd pay good money to see that
Endeavoring to persevere since 1965 (8-1 home win against QPR)

Quinn will score second half. Best player so far.
Clarke needs to pick his game up second half he's not been too clever

I’m proud we don’t take the Kneel
Every life matters
My only observation is that the ref took the kneel then didn’t give us a goal which was obvious
Clarke looks tired already

I've gone back to look at the possible goal, and I don't see how anyone can say it was a definite goal. You cannot see where the keeper make contact with the ball as the view is obscured by a defender.

One sufficient to know when you’re not aware of your surroundings you’re going to lose the ball. Although, anyone who watches football could tell you that.
