Or 4 days after their last game, whichever is later. That rule is there for the play off sides. Considering they play the 2nd leg on the deadline date.

Wrexham will be able to get around it with Disney money, using Stockport as an example, they won’t need much to get out of this league anyway.

I agree. I think it will depend if a league 1 club comes in for them and what league Forest are in next season.
