It’s the same shirt. The leaked photo was taken in front of a bright window and over-exposed.

I think the shirt was accidentally on purpose 'leaked' (at a very late stage) to gauge opinion and as such with feedback being 'too yellow' they've adjusted the colours. This might also explain the late release date.

the shirt design is the same. The colour is different, one is yellow, one is amber. I think that is a pretty big difference in the context of a Stags shirt. You are free to disagree, the messageboard is for discussion.
