Damn good point from another poor performance....but 2nd half we maybe deserved that point.

Law has to start ahead of Boateng next game, we have no-one in midfield capable of wanting the ball and passing a ball
persisting with one up top is not working either (DDK was not up top today and nowhere near Akins first half)
Either play a 433 or play 2 strikers
Would have been happy with a point before the game....Well Done MTFC

Savannah Rags has been on fire for the last hour....good job were away from home today....disruption would have been very bad on a home matchday

Not as much disruption as it will cause the owners and staff but at least we won't have to worry about going another way home .. ;) :D

This is becoming a bit of a habit where we pull something out of the bag. A great point from a game where there was a small squad of fit players to choose from for the manager.
Boateng is so hit and miss I would to see Law starting or getting a half

Great to get a result when we definitely weren't at it. Felt like we got some momentum going when Oates came on, but then we made that many subs and system changes we lost it a bit again. Would have taken that result before the game, hope we get some midfielders back fit.

Carbon copy of the Bradford game, not really in it first half then changed it around and looked better second half then last minute equaliser after they’d sat back and started to drag the time out

I think we maybe just about deserved that point. You could say Clough was brave to bring that many forwards on but that’s all he had available if he wanted to change things. He must be congratulated for salvaging the point as the run in would have been much harder without it and he seemed determined to roll the dice.

We must also remember that Stockport haven’t conceded a goal for around six hours of play so it maybe not so surprising we didn’t get many chances.

Very happy with the point but I hope we get some of the better players back soon. Well done to all.

Proper smash and grab. Think that was the only header we won in their box all game!

Good point, not really deserved.

Gale looked lively.

I don't mean this to be a negative however I'm worried that Boetang is not up for the battle

He looked very good in pre season, apart from Wimbledon away he's not looked like the player I thought we signed. Need Reed and Maris back soon

Really hope it’s the end of 5 at the back now. A fully fit back 4 of Johnson Hewitt Kikgour McLaughlin. With Johnson back in the next few weeks hope we move to a back 4. Back 5 doesn’t suit us for me and when all our midfielders are back eg Reed and Maris we can fit them all into a diamond in midfield

Lucky to get what could be an extremely valuable point for us. Wonderful cross from Hewitt and great header by Akins.

We were very poor again today. The passing out from the back was very slow and lacked conviction. The midfield was very disjointed. Wallace was horrendous again. Boateng anonymous. Clarke worked hard but showed a lack of quality on the ball that can be very frustrating with him at times.

We’re desperate for Maris and Reed to come back soon. They’ll transform our midfield, which has been very lacklustre the last few weeks without them both. If we get them both back and starting together week in week out and somehow manage to avoid picking up any more injuries to our best players, I think we’ll just about have enough to make the playoffs.

We’ve got 11 games left this season. 7 of them are home games, and 7 of the 11 games are against bottom half teams. Got to beat Grimsby on Wednesday. They’ve got one day less rest than us going into it and they’ll be tired after chasing the ball round all day at Brighton tomorrow.
