We'd probably be top 3 if we hadn't thrown half the points away that we have.

If/when Clough goes, it'll partly be on him and like today, on the players terrible mistakes.

Fact is we're soft as sheeite, and need to toughen up to get out this league.

Today, like barrow and Northampton was there for the taking and we've got 2 points when we should have had 9.
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

He looked a good signing on today. Really good debut.

After defending Pym on the other thread, he goes and makes a howler like that. I don’t blame Maris for the goal as Boeteng’s pass was always running away from him.

The sending off was an absolute joke but the ref had given us very little for the whole match.

Johnson looks a good find and a huge improvement on Gordon. I’m sure there is a lot more to come as he settles in.

A better overall performance but still not good enough to go up. Still time for more players to come in this window and not too far behind the pack. I didn’t see anything to criticise Clough for but I’m sure some will be calling for his dismissal. Plenty of time to pull it around.

Another game we should of won. Its like deja vu from the start of last season. Injuries, shocking individual errors, poor Ref decisions and our luck seems to have gone.
I thought we played OK. Wallace had probably his best game for us. Johnson looks quality.
People can moan about Cloughie as much as they like but, no manager can be responsible for players missing chance, getting sent off, poor officiating and mistakes. Our individual errors have cost us 8 points

No.cutting edge at all up front...

Just play 2 up top Nigel and leave the fockers up there!!!!

Infuriating that he keeps dragging Oates back down the right to defend...

That's Boatengs job not Oates ....

Another team there for the taking we have failed to beat...

We've got to start doing better.
These are my opinions , if you don't like them I have others...

Good first half, poor play by Botang and Perch cost us today.

Need a midfielder, striker and left back

Don’t agree, they offered very little and we had at least three chances which should have been buried.

People say January isn't the time to do business but I disagree, we have no choice because our squad and team ain't going anywhere if we don't.

If the risk of the sack is higher of he doesn't make some significant signings.

We have very poor conversation rate (chances:goals). That a leaky defence and a fragility about the side isn't a recipe for success.

Think we need a CB, right back, boss Midfielder, an attacking player/forward. That's a lot I know.

Time to face up to it, this lot just aren’t good enough for promotion.

Home form is nowhere need good enough - 2 wins out the last 10 at home is pretty pathetic by anyones standards. Not much else to say is there?

If we keep playing basically 1 upfront then what’s to be expected?

Was Oates injured? Ridiculous sub if he wasn’t. Individual errors cost us again, against the weakest team I’ve seen at the Mill this season.

Signs of improvement but again such a frustrating afternoon.

Positives for me were Wallace, Johnson, Macca looked fitter than he's been for a while.

Still some oddities, I don't get taking Wallace off, we again had odd formations (Oates is not a right winger!!!). Pym has been another signing that has disappointed, did poorly for the goal it looked like. Subs were poor all round. Will put this down mostly though to the woeful straight red, hopefully it'll get rescinded. Thought the ref was doing ok, particularly first half.. maybe not.

From where I was sitting, it was a clear second yellow, such a shame because he's our best midfielder by a country mile.

I thought Maris was average today. The managers negative tactics are to blame for the result again imo.

The abominable snowman, the loch Ness monster and Hiram boeteng, all large slow moving mythical creatures. Might have well signed the first two!

Boateng was better today going forward, he created two really good chances. Unfortunately he also got an assist for their goal.
