In 1987.....

...we didn't win "The Rover Cup" so can we please stop this awful, cringy, factually incorrect chant that we sing at every match? It's the worst song in the history of this football club, please stop it now.

Just as bad as Stags fans chanting "we're the pride of Nottingham".

Nope, we are most certainly NOT. We are an urban conurbation of our own right in NottinghamSHIRE, NOT Snottingham.

The Rovers Cup. It's just a song and there's no rules to say it has to be factually correct. It gets everyone going and has created a great atmosphere home and away this season.

Would you rather something like "Counteh, Counteh, Counteh"?
