No mention yet of the 2 penalty shouts Martin, what's your view? Swan was pushed in the back and fell over in the first half, probably a foul outside of the box, and there's a very clear handball with a raised arm in the second half.

I've mentioned them in my detailed report. The first wasn't a penalty (it was Lapslie who got the slightest of pushes in the back, not Swan). The second I didn't have a clear enough view of and I haven't seen a replay.

I've seen a replay of the second one now. Not a penalty in my opinion.

Martin what’s your thoughts on the hand ball in the build up to the second. I‘m certain if that were VAR’ed it would have been disallowed but I can see why the ref might not catch it in the play.

On the footage posted by the Wednesday fan, one of their crowd can clearly be heard saying he hand balled it. They had it on video and was inviting someone to have a look.

Whatever it doesn’t matter now as we are out. I suppose it’s just one of those things that happen in football and you win some and you lose some.

I'm inclined to agree with you that under VAR it would have been disallowed.
