Come on Walsall. stop being dog raspberries and get a result for us tonight please!

From sounds of Twitter it sounds like they're missing a goalscorer

And only 6 players on the bench- the same as Saturday in terms of numbers. Surely they have signed enough players to have a full bench.

Don’t teams to have at least one ex-academy player in the 18 man squad.

If they haven’t, then have to run with only six subs.

Bradford finished 0-0.

Hopefully Gillingham can hang on for a point against Stockport, looking at the stats it looks like County have hammered them but can't put the ball in the back of the net.

Two promotion rivals dropping 2 points each. Great night for us.

Only 3 shots on target ( all from outside the box), 13 shots inside the box were all off target or blocked.

If we win the game in hand, we will be just three points behind Carlisle who will drop to third if Stevenage win their game in hand.

Automatic promotion is back on the cards.

Walsall 0 Bradford City 0
Attendance: 4,951 (740 Bradford Fans)

Walsall did most of the pressing in the 1st half and Tom Knowles playing at right wing back put 7 long throws, 6 crosses, 1 corner and 1 free kick into the area but nothing fell to Walsall. Knowles did thread a good ball through to Conor Wilkinson but his shot from 25 yards was well saved at his near post by Harry Lewis. Isaac Hutchinson also had a shot from distance saved by Lewis.

Bradford nearly scored when Brad Halliday's cross from the right was headed on to the bar by Andy Cook and Jamie Walker hit two shots wide from the edge of the area. HT: 0-0

The 2nd half carried on in a similar theme with Knowles launching in long throws (12 in total). Brandon Comley had a shot deflected wide and Knowles had a shot saved by Lewis. Andy Cook volleyed over from another Halliday cross. Bradford did win a corner on the edge of the area on 90 minutes but Scott Banks put it over the bar. Bradford then won their first corner in injury time.

Walsall will be disappointed they did not win the game but both sides defended well taking a safety first approach.

Walsall MOM: Tom Knowles (Right wing back)
Bradford MOM: Matty Platt and Sam Stubbs (Centre halfs)

Apparently Bradford had 10 attempts at goal but not one on target.

Was listening to Stockport commentators last night.

theyve not scored in 5 hours of football.

they are moaning teams are coming to them, parking the bus and settling for a point as they dont know how to break teams down.

It's basically 3 games.

Before that they won 5 in a row scoring 13 in the process.

Having said that, I hope their drought keeps going for another couple of weeks.
