Harbottle dispossessed and Gillingham break down the right. The cross is cleared by Harbottle. Gillingham pick up the llose ball and eventually Harbottle clears.

Good control from Akins, a good turn too and tried to set Macca away but he's crowded out and Gillingham clear.

Stags attack down the right Gordon tried to cross but its blocked for a throw in.

Hewitt to take a long throw.

To Hawkins but the defender gets there first Gordon has it and he is challenged and stags get a throw in.

Walker tried to dive to win a free kick. Ball rolls to Lapslie on the halfway line. He runs forwards with it. Out to Maris, his cross is just over lapslie. Gordon tried to keep it in and the defender clears against Gordon.

Stags break again and Akins gets on the ball but goes a bit wide but he turns and bends a good effort, left footed, that just over the top left corner of the goal.

Adelakun just took on Macca, Maris and Harbottle like they weren't there. His cross is headed up as 4 players (2 from either side) end up in a heap on the floor and Pym comes out and collects.

Maris pings a ball out to the right for Gordon. Looked a lost cause but he gets there at the byline and is fouled.

Great work from kellan.

Hartigan to take the free kick. A short corner really. Harbottle tries to get to it but Gillingham manage to clear.

Gordon takes the ball himself and whips a cross in and Akins volleys it beautifully into the bottom left corner.

Kellan gets an assist 17 minutes into his first start at wing back. Weird how that works.

Gillingham punt a high ball into our area, we eventually clear and Gillingham end up back in their own half and put it out for a stags throw.

Gillingham shoot nd it's very well wide.

Some of the comments regarding Akins show the lack of footballing knowledge amongst some of our supporters. A very good player at this level and difficult to deal with as a defender. Obviously not good enough for the mighty Mansfield though
