Personally I couldn't care less whether it's Friday night or Saturday afternoon, but that doesn't mean others can't for whatever reason voice their disapproval.
Simple.
Crack on.

After back to back home wins and a feel good factor, turnstyles working better, the club thought it best to do something to give the perennial moaning keyboard warriors something to type about - they think of everything these days.
Personally I'm not sure about the motives to change the game to a Friday night, normally there's some explanation like the game clashes with some other fixture or sporting event, TV, or something like that but to move it for the sake of moving it is unusual. For me it makes no odds I can go Friday or Saturday but I do feel for those who genuinely can't do a Friday. Does it feel right? of course it doesn't, we're all so used to Saturday afternoons.
Of course there's going to be some folk who are very happy, they'll be able to go to a game which they otherwise wouldn't.

I want the club to end absolutely every single social media post with "if you don't like it, go and make your own football club"

"Couldn't you just stick to crayoning in poorly drawn pics?"

I can understand the feelings of those that can’t make the game yet prior to this announcement could. I am lucky enough to be able to attend all home games due to work and location. But completion rules of the EFL allow the club do this and we must, through gritted teeth respect their decision. Whether this decision is made for commercial (attendance) reasons or playing reasons (allowing greater rest for the Barrow fixture) is something we will not know till after the game. Ultimately I hope this decision proves to be the correct one come May.
Personally the occasional Friday night fixture freshens up the programme of Saturday, Tuesday, Saturday rotation giving a weekend free for other things and the opportunity to head straight into town after.
It’s not ideal, perfect solutions don’t exist, but it is within the powers of the club to do what it wishes. If you can’t go and want to watch it, illegally stream it as it will be the only hollow victory you get or watch it on I-follow and hope for a real victory.

Just realised why they have moved it from the Saturday, it is just to save the ridicule of Cloughie not winning a home league game in the whole month of September
Those accustomed to privilege may feel that equality is oppression.

Looking at the weather forecast for Friday, it's likely to be postponed anyway.

Friday night games don’t bother me. I don’t have to try and avoid the other results after 4:50 on a Saturday afternoon as I like watching the EFL show not knowing
When you think you know the answers, I change the questions

Just been for my ticket. Nothing left upstairs and only a few downstairs. Must be close to having to decide whether to make it all ticket.
