From the QLE I could see what looked like hundreds still queuing for the West Stand as the game started. Absolute shambles and unfortunately will be the same every week now unless something changes.
There's no excuse for not getting the 2nd set of turnstiles working in the QLE. Buy a few more scanners, job done.

Me too. That is the advantage of using qr codes.
Have hard copy season tickets still got Barcodes rather than qr codes. If so then why ?

Most of the time that's down to the screen not being bright enough.
If you have a qr code you could screen shot it and then get it printed off. Might even make a keyring out of it.

I was told at full time this was simply an error, which was realised shortly after the announcement, but presumably someone decided not to do a re-announcement and instead correct it on social media later.
