Hopefully the pee poor management continues into next week as well……karma!!! Only day I could get until next Saturday. Matty Longstaff was quicker!!!

I assume I can pick mine up on match day next Saturday? And yes, I know I'll need to be there at 9am to be sure of getting in for kick off.

Just been down to collect mine and a mate’s.

Not many down there at all.

First half of alphabet surname tickets already printed out, you just walk up to booths.

Second half of alphabet surname tickets need to go to office counter and print out your ticket to order.

Also you can pick up a reserve sticker for your seat and a fixture card.

Only waiting about 5 minutes for them to print your ticket to order.
Those accustomed to privilege may feel that equality is oppression.

Pulled into car park about 1430 yesterday and got season tickets in less than 10 mins. Well done all hardworking staff.

I have collected mine today - nobody in the queue and was gone in a minute. People shouldn't have any issues now (unless they're collecting them on Saturday).

If it helps I realised I had opted for hard copy tickets and then rang up and they converted to an e-ticket. They have an iphone option so they just sent me an email and now all my tickets are in my apple wallet - all done in 5 minutes.

Loads easier than driving down to the ground and queueing up.
Should be easier to find when I've had a few as well ;)

Thanks for posting. I've been trying to phone the club shop for the last couple of weeks about car parking, got through once and was asked to try again later. Tried today and this explains why the number didn't work!

Yep that's fine if you are tech savvy, but I'm a duffer at that sort of thing.
I have a leather wallet, is an apple wallet apple shaped? I don't know cos I've never seen one.

If you are tech savvy enough to sign up on here you’d have no problem using an Apple shaped wallet.
