Derby County nickname the RAMs, hence the title Sheep blueberries, Forest fans love it

I've spent a lifetime having no interest in Forest, hence not knowing

With respect Martin, I suspect that's because you're not from Mansfield, Forest are our county's biggest club and I know many Stags fans who watch them, including your co-commentator  . You probably have no interest in Notts CCC either ;)

nonsense, I'm watching Notts this evening vs Derbyshire. Notts made their record score. And I watched Derbyshire at the weekend. Plenty of interest in Notts County and Chesterfield too. I'm just not interested in Forest, I never have been, nor Derby County either really. I'll take a bit more interest in Derby now they're in League One.

Yes I've been to Trent Bridge to see the blast a few times this season, though not tonight, and saw a few Stags fans there, not surprisingly. I've also met a few Stags fans at Forest games in the past, though not you, now I know why :D Not sure I understand why you're taking more interest in Derby "now they're in League 1" yet you didn't have the same interest in Forest when they were there for 3 seasons? Still, at least you now know you can call them sheepshaggers on comms!

I'm quite surprised that after knowing me for more than 20 years you hadn't picked up that I have very little interest in the top two divisions

I share your contempt/lack of interest in the Premier League, I didn't realise you stretched it to the Championship too

1977/78 must have been a nightmare!

Actually the two Sky EFL commentators are, for me, the best commentators on TV, Daniel Mann and Gary Weaver are superb, as are Don Goodman and Andy Hinchcliffe on co-comms.

Big win for Notts but almost certainly too late, we saw Hales do something similar at Grace Road but when it doesn't come off we struggle. I'm at Edgbaston (my favourite cricket ground) a week Sat for the India 2nd day..

Some Derby fans happy with the cup draw as they can walk to the one call, and i know some Forest fans can.
Funny old game lots of reasons why fans favour a certain club.
Roll on match days
