Just done mine, changed stands, super easy however I have a question, I clicked the season ticket option. Does this get delivered or is it a pick up?
The whole process was great. Well done Sharpe and The Radfords.

Is there anyone on here who was a half season ticket holder? If so, can you confirm you got an email the same as all other season ticket holders have?

Thanks

Just managed to get through on the phone as the 3 grumpy old men are changing to IGS because of my failing eyesight. When I got through a very helpful young lady sorted us out in about 5 system minutes. Well done to her and to the club for what seems to be much better system

Yes I was a half season ticket holder and now a happy full season ticket holder

Got my emails instantly

Got my e ticket instantly

Ps. The Office confirmed when I purchased my half season ticket I got the same rights as a full season holder. No difference
When you think you know the answers, I change the questions

I’m an existing season ticket holder in the QLE and renewed easily last week. I’ve just added two junior tickets to my account this morning for my daughter and nephew. All too easy thanks to this new system. Great job! COYS

I went to the ground this morning to purchase four season tickets for family. Got there about 10:30. Around 50 or so people in the queue. Took just over an hour to get served. The young lady who served me was efficient, pleasant and helpful.

Well done MTFC, on prices and service. Long may it continue.

3,000 is possible and it is more likely to break last season’s record (2,800 ish).

Does anyone know what the grey circles with dark outlines on the seating plan are? Are they concessions, or last years holders that are yet to renew?

Mine looks like that and I haven’t renewed yet so yes I assume so.

Got mine today, normally get a quarry lane membership but 245 was too much of a good price to turn down!

It’s an incredible price considering what’s happening right now. Amazing owners. We’re very lucky right now.

I think they are existing season ticket holders yet to renew. I attempted to renew online today but kept getting an error message. Visited ground and renewed there. Confirmation emailed received.
