Can you buy a season ticket for a child in block A or B on their own as that’s the family area?

I've chose the physical season ticket and mine says the same on the confirmation email Dan.

It may be easy for you Marty but not everyone finds it the same.
You might have found difficult to get the correct cutting horizon with an Anderson Strathclyde double ended ranging drum shearer. ;)

A good set of pansides and a straight chock track should sort it. Failing that, put it in auto

That's ok so long as the Snaker isn't bozzeyed

Did you have to phone up to do this or does the website allow you to change seats?

There is definitely an option to change seats/stands on the website. My uncle has changed from IGL to QLE through the website.

When I ordered my renewal I wasn't given the choice of physical or phone ticket, I assumed everyone would receive their ticket through the post.

When renewing I was surprised at how many seats were unavailable.
Record season tickets for next year I reckon.

If comes through in a separate email if you go down the e ticket route (or whatever it’s called)

Didn't work for me - I emailed the club to say I hadn't got the email from the new system - no response to that so I called the ticket office - they said they'd put my email address into the system - still didn't get the email to join the new system - called back and gave info and payment over the phone - no confirmation other than over the phone - but the payments showing on my card.

I hadn't received an email either. So I rang the ticket office they sent me a new link and even added my email address to all three tickets I could do them at the same time.
Well done the ticket office staff, helpful and polite as always

You will have had the option at the payment screen. It's at the top but the screen automatically jumps to the next stage which is payment, so you need to manually scroll up to see it. Default choice is a physical card so if you missed it, that's what you'll be getting.
