Proud of their response, Nigel Clough thanks Stags fans for staying off the pitch as he'd asked and wants them to do the same at Wembley on Saturday while Jordan Bowery talks for the first time about being barged into by a Northampton fan on the pitch last week amid a week of shame for football supporters.

You’ve got no chance of getting onto the pitch at Wembley with the barriers they have in place.

Trouble is that the young folk haven’t been to games with fences up, like the pen at the old Doncaster ground.

As a kid I went to Old Traffird and stood in the Stretford End, the fence there was, looking back now, horrific. It had spikes on top!

Was it Ken Bates at Chelsea who put an electric wire on top of the fencing there?

Not a chance they'll allow fences back up at football grounds. The memories of Hillsborough won't allow it
