In previous games there’s been conflicting information about whether a ticket can be purchased by someone else who has the membership number and a picture of another season ticket holder and whether they can purchase from them.

Is it the case that you need the physical ticket, or is a picture of the STH acceptable on said persons phone?

A picture of your mates ST will be enough to buy a ticket

Has a message from my Mum who is in the queue, it’s looped round and past Sandy’s bar.

Just had similar message from Mrs Sneag. Surprised at the long queues today when ST seats are secure for 2 days.

It's going to be carnage on Wednesday.

She just gave up. What a light weight. I bet if it had been U2 tickets she'd have stayed put.

That makes sense. Of course our ticket office won't cope with that.

No, mum said the queue is only moving because people are giving up or have to go to work.

4 windows selling tickets, 1 card machine between them. Pee poor again I’m afraid.

I think they are taking 'orders' to put through later, when I did the same they were 'filling in a form' confirming my address etc

Not sure where you've got your info from but it's bull. There' are several card machines but the one at the first window was playing up with a syncing issue. I was given the machine from 2nd window instead to complete the transaction.

I anticipated this but guessed at only two windows open so was pleasantly suprised. Got in queue at 7am and got served at 9am. Took 10 minutes to complete due to one card reader in operation. Anybody getting there at 8am will have a few hours to wait.

Got in queue, realised it wasn’t moving. Phoned up and got through after a couple of tries. All sorted. COYS

Joined queue just before 07:00am, about 35 in front of me. First ticket booth opened about 08:10am. Four windows open by 09:00am. Got served at 09:30am. All windows had individual card machines but very slow operation as they had to keep rebooting them to get them to work.

If they had provided refreshments or opened the club shop I think they would have made a killing today as the queue was stretching back as far if not further than the Gabbitas gate.

I'll be amazed if people at the back of the queue got tickets for away match. I was 14th in queue and over 100 tickets were being collected including mine.. few people behind me getting multiples

Phoned a couple of times this morning. Could not get through.

Just tried again (12.05) and got through straight away. Bought a home and away ticket.

I got through fairly quickly on the phone and ordered mine, all fine.
I'm after one more for the away leg if I can but I wonder if they will make it to general sale.
We've had it before where there's been massive queues on the first day but then they haven't sold out for STs so let's see (e.g Oldham). Maybe a lot of people will watch at home or go to the pub for the away leg but we'll find out tomorrow what's left.
