Went to the ground at 1.30 , drove from Worksop after no luck online and phone for 4 hours decided to make the trip...20 minute in queue and an absolute gentleman served me , so helpful...all IGU had gone and odd ones in lower scattered around but he did his best for us and we were grateful . Well done all the staff.

For the website to be down the whole day after promoting it as an option is poor. Lots will have planned on it being available and have now missed out on their preferred tickets

I have tried for most of the day to buy a couple more tickets but phone permanently engaged and no website access. Not the fault of the staff who can only work with what they are provided.
It would be good if the club could update on how many tickets are left and the we have some idea of what we should do tomorrow.

Went for my Tea in Sandys at 5 and there wasn't a single person queuing.... so if you were trying to get through on the phone at this time and were unsuccessful then there clearly is a problem...
These are my opinions , if you don't like them I have others...

Yeah, there wouldn’t be a queue at 5… it closed at 5 :D

And so it starts again - at 2 minutes to 10 straight through to the recorded message saying the office will open at 10am. At 10am permanently engaged :(

Has anyone managed to purchase tickets using the online ticketing system?
I have my doubts as to whether it was ever available as the traffic would have died down during the early hours ?

I wonder whether they will even go back on sale online at this rate! Probably been a falling out and they can’t be doing with the hassle considering the system is being binned entirely in a week or so.

It is a queuing system rather than not picking up but, as you found, it boots your call after ten minutes of waiting

I’m pleased that they’re actively looking at changing it in the summer, there’s little point in going on about the current setup as we all know the score.

It’s alright if you live round the corner, but it’s for folk who can’t get due to distance, mobility, work whatever where it really needs to up its game, these are the ones being let down.

I’m extraordinary fortunate that i know enough folk unfortunate enough to know me to get me one  but some just don’t have that option.

The new platform sounds really decent, i just hope it lives upto its billing.

Don’t think so, it came online, failed, they took it off temporarily and it’s not back online yet

I've had several people message me saying it's a sell out which I don't think it is yet, this online system could cost the club, if they don't get them back online and sales finish Friday this will not be a sell out, and it won't be through lack of demand.

Worried about us not selling out the home seats for Saturday if the online sales don’t work again soon. Would look extremely tinpot.
