"Wrexham AFC can confirm that striker, Dior Angus, has left the Club to join League Two side Harrogate Town on a free transfer. Angus - who signed for Wrexham from Barrow in February 2021 - made 17 appearances in all competitions for the Red Dragons last season. The forward was one of the two players brought in while the Club was under the ownership of the WST, that Co-Chairmen Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds agreed to underwrite if the change of ownership did not proceed."
"The 28-year-old striker signs on a permanent deal from Wrexham. Coventry-born Angus started his career at Solihull Moors, featuring for a number of non-league clubs such as Banbury United, Kidderminster and Redditch in his early career. Angus’ form in front of goal at The Reds earned the striker a first move to the Football League with Port Vale, having netted 17 goals in 23 matches. He then joined Barrow on loan in January 2019 for the remainder of the 18/19 season, with the Bluebirds making the move permanent the following Summer. It proved a shrewd decision as Angus struck 12 times in a season cut short due to Covid-19, helping Barrow back to the Football League. Having made 19 appearances in Barrow’s first season in the EFL for almost half a century and netting the club’s first goal back in the Football League Angus joined Wrexham in February 2021."
