Crawley Town have signed Moe Shubbar, Ben Wells and Jayden Davis on one year deals after trials at the club.

Moe Shubbar was dual registered for Cheshunt and Edgware Town last season. He scored four goals against East Grinstead Town and another against Charlton Athletic Under 23.

Ben Wells is a versatile defender who joined QPR from West Ham United in July 2018. After his release from QPR, Wells played for Welling United in the National League South last season.

Jayden Davis came through the youth academy at Milwall and was on loan at King's Lynn last season.

This does not look like a big spending club.

As strange as it is to hold a vote on the position of the next signing - it’s even more weird to sign a LB and pretend it’s a midfielder. He’s played 19 games in 3 years. Crawley really did spend their whole budget on Telford and Conroy didn’t they.

Its becoming a trend that the league top scorer gets a big money deal somewhere and then fizzles out and never replicates it. Telford won't do anything next year
