Everybody's

I think he will play on the right side of midfield or attack. It could mean Oli Hawkins stays at centre half and then Nigel just swaps players around as required.

If he gets injured you will be ;)

NC must have been reading the board thinking ‘you know what, these guys know what they’re talking about. I’d better try harder to sign players’

Brilliant!! Lol

It’ll be nice to have some depth!

He'll play and he'll be in the side after Barrow onwards, may be too early to start him Saturday but after that he'll be an automatic starter. Somewhere, any where.

During the 2017–18 season, Akins was predominantly used as a right wing-back, with his work ethic being praised in one of the most physically demanding positions in football.

4 years ago so probably not got the legs for it.

But might come in handy!

Seems to be a permanent fixture in Burtons defence, can't see that one happening.

As much as I'd love to see him sign, I can't imagine JFH would let him leave this window. He'd get hammered for letting us have both Bray and Lucas.

Plus since he's got back into the side since injury he's been brilliant, a real driving force as a leader and chipped in with a couple of goals.

They'd be mad to let him leave.

So you think it’s an average signing Broomo

I’d imagine it means that the 0.00001% likelihood of O’Keeffe coming back into the side is extinguished

Brilliant news, absolutely brilliant. On Monday, Cloughy said we could be signing two players this window. One was a forward and one was a utility player. Which one is Akins do we think?

Wallace is the utility player but he has to prove his fitness.

Burton did the right thing letting him out his contract for nothing to let us sign him. Brilliant club

And what a fantastic player! He's going to light this place up.

Well done Sharpe and Nigel

Think he may go in at RB and upfront sometimes, but can do a job anywhere!
