Owen Mason made a couple of good saves and James Gale had a couple of chances. Boston missed 3/4 open goals.

“The biggest chance of the half saw The Brakes be clinical when it mattered the most, taking the lead on 62 minutes thanks to Devon Kelly-Evans, who after taking the ball in the box, powered it past a hopeless Owen Mason in the Guiseley goal.”

hopeless or helpless? A big difference.
It took 15 minutes for the first real chance when a long throw fell to the feet of Kelly Evans who made no mistake from 8 yards out and beat Mason with a powerful drive to open the scoring.
The final action fell to the hosts when Mason made an excellent double save to deny Kelly Evans from getting his second of the afternoon.
