He was signed as a striker. Are you that blinkered ? The fact that he’s probably our best centre half says more about the transfer policy than anything. He was bought in to play up front. He should be playing up front. Your rush to be an apologist makes me literally cringe.

From the free kick tits flicked on to Bowery who shoots wide, looked a corner to me.

Hawkins booked for a foul. Not a yellow. This ref is a joke. Gonna be a long game. They deliberately wipe out Quinn, twice get 1 booking. Hawkins barely fouled the guy and its a booking.

Been proven wrong once or twice by Clough with his decisions this season but really not a fan of this set up. Can’t see the sense in isolating Oates up top, Bowery at RWB, and Hewitt out here on the left.

Don’t be so aggressive - just saying he didn’t play at Donny. I agree with you that Hawkins should be upfront in an ideal world.
