As it went OK when I posted this sort of thread last time so for superstition…..
Martin then needs to change it to the title of the team like we did before

Anybody that gives us a good chance of progressing. The big guns can come in rounds 5 or 6.

Whoever is going to be the biggest payday. I guess that would be Manchester Utd. away?
Alternatively, we could have an easier draw in the 3rd round and then hope for the big pay-day in round 4. However a 'bird in the hand' would be best, as we also don't want any negative impact on the more important league campaign. The primary objective this season = preserve league status, the secondary objective = play-off/promotion.
If we get Forest or Derby at home it will only get me started on my old gripe: 'we should have developed Bishop St.' .... (for which a tie away to Man U could pay the lion's share towards).
Well done today! A great performance, a great result and fantastic support!

Tottenham away
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

That would be fantastic. Failing that, Liverpool or Man U away, let's have a day out, big bucks and concentrate on the league after.

An interesting but beatable side please. Premier League teams are disappointing at this stage, because they'll be the reserve side and yet still knock us out. If it's away at Manchester it might sound attractive, but the stadium will be almost empty and all the famous players having a day off. Get to the fifth round and they start to take it seriously because they have a good chance of winning the cup, and will play a strong side. And we get full coverage,.

Problem with that is that Bishop wouldn’t be allowed to play.

Good point. I know you often see that in a loan but do you reckon they would have put that in? They normally do that so they aren’t cup tied but would they have thought about that?

I cant imagine that being true unless its already been printed and ive not read it, they've got what, 4 other keepers at the club?

Barnsley away would be a good tie, plenty of seats for away fans not far to travel and a really good chance of progressing.

Lowest ranked team at home, decent chance of going through and getting the prize money and hopefully on tv.

Didn't they change the rules so a loan player was automatically ineligible to play against his parent club? It may just have been the Prem though.

I can't see them letting him play, if we should happen to get drawn together.

That's them over the other side of the M1 then. They don't come much lower
