5 miles from my office :)

See you there then

Indeed. Hope my ticket is on the turnstile as promised

there was nothing to suggest that you could, I don't think. Not that I have seen anyway.

https://www.mansfieldtown.net/news/2021/november/tickets-on-sale-for-sutton-away-match/

Tickets must be pre-purchased from the Stags’ ticket office.

However you might find that you can buy them from the ticket booth (which was featured on the video I posted). That looked like it was intended for home fans, but they might sell you an away ticket.

I'll ring the club tomorrow or.go.in with the home.fans. failing that I've been offered a Chelsea Vs Juve ticket.

Think the only reason I bought a ticket through the club was that they sold that was the only way. Could be wrong, there’s always a first ;)

My tickets for tomorrow are a piece of paper with a QR code. There’s no traditional ticket.

If it’s not too late then perhaps the club can print it off and scan it to your email or maybe just email you the QR code.

Just phoned Sutton. You can buy away tickets from the ticket booth outside the away turnstile.
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

Are away fans being granted access into the home bar?

Rather looking forward to this evenings game, though work means waiting for goal updates and relying on Stagsnet.

2-0 to the Stags.

Sutton tend to either win or lose, only two draws which suggests to me an open flowing game, 2 1 to the Stags.

So, same team for me if they are all fit from Saturday. There was rumours of injury concerns for Bowery and Quinn. If either or both are unavailable, then

Bishop.

Hewitt O’Toole Hawkins McLaughlin.

Charsley Clarke Maris Stirk Quinn (or Sinclair.)

Bowery (or Sinclair or Gale.)

Fingers crossed for the same team as Saturday.

Sinclair needs to kick in and do the basics better not hit the highs of last season yet, but plenty of promise if he gets his game together.

I'm expecting a physical scrappy game similar to Harrogate away last season so the Stags need to take their chances when they come along and make the most of set pieces. Sutton are a fairly direct side with the fewest completed passes in League 2. They will put the ball in the box whenever they get the chance and they are dangerous from set pieces. They also like to shoot on sight. Hawkins, O'Toole and Bishop will be in for a busy night. David Ajiboye is very dangerous on the counter attacks so that may limit Stephen McLaughlin's ability to get forward. However they are weak on defending attacks down the wings so possible good news for McLaughlin and Quinn. Isaac Olaofe did really well for them on loan from Millwall last season scoring 14 goals in 35(2) league games and has scored another 4 goals from 5(4) league goals this season. They also have the big Omar Bugiel to throw up front. Donavan Wilson is also lively up front.

A big game for Alistair Smith against his old side. He's done really well and has made the 5th most appearances for Sutton this season and has scored 3 goals. What's the odds on him scoring tonight? (just checked - only 5/1). He does still tend to dawdle on the ball and I am hoping George Lapslie will play to jump on him as soon as he gets the ball.

Sutton are also good at scoring late goals according to their commentators

Sutton's Strength and Weaknesses - Whoscored
Strengths
Attacking set pieces - Very Strong
Coming back from losing positions - Very Strong
Creating scoring chances - Very Strong
Creating long shot opportunities - Strong
Creating chances through individual skill - Strong
Protecting the lead - Strong
Aerial duels - Strong

Weaknesses
Defending against attacks down the wings - Weak
Defending against long shots - Weak
Keeping possession of the ball - Very Weak

Sutton United's Style of Play
Take a lot of shots
Long balls
Attempt crosses often
Attack through the middle
Non-aggressive
Opponents play aggressively against them
