Sorry Clough, the results aren't there, but the performances aren't there either. They're clearly limited players but the quality of performance is nothing short of pitiful.

I think there's a high chasm sized rift in the squad, and no direction from the owners...

We are perilous.

We're not in the Relegation zone, somehow.

Have always supported Clough but my concern is that key players do not appear to be stepping against beatable teams. I know we have injuries, but the lack of drive from the likes of Clarke, Bowery, Lapslie and Johnson is, a real worry

It’s just not good enough unfortunately. 12 games without a win, four league games without a goal.

All this hype over James Clarke. Looks a little boy lost . Mind you he’s not the only one . Man of match . Oates . Looked like he actually wanted to do something when he came on . The rest were bottlers . Clough looks totally disinterested on the touch line .

Who would you like to see in if Clough does walk/get sacked?

Agree though it's not good enough. I'll defend the manager all day long because we can't keep sacking someone every season.

But once again there has to be some positive signs and after today I've got none

Can't just bring a new manager in though, they need to be able to do something in January. And I don't think they will be able to do much.

Has Flynn got a job yet?

I'd rather see NC turn things around, but the shambles of the last 10 games doesn't suggest it's going to happen.

See how it goes with Quinn & Sinclair back on Tuesday.

Flynn seems to be the obvious choice now, he did well with Newport surviving the drop and then took them to two play off finals.

I can't believe we're in this situation AGAIN. Every season for the last three has just been groundhog Day

NC’s time is up for me. We appear to be going backwards on many fronts.

I’d like Sharpe out at the same time. The pair of them should resign. Business and sport are measured by results.

Don't think he has yet. I would love for that to happen but I can't see it either, I think if we lose on Tuesday that'll be curtains

There are multiple layers of problems at the club and that comes from the top down.

Surely JR hasn't had the wool pulled over his eyes by DS that this team was good enough?

Concerned primarily with NC's tactical decisions and his unwavering desire to play players out of position (macca is a winger).

How can a manager with his experience seem to have no clue and no new ideas ?

Let me be clear. I don't want him to be sacked, obviously.

I hope JR doesn't pull the plug but with the results as they have been, he would be entitled to do so.

Got everything crossed that even something as simple as Quinn coming back in will settle us down and get us playing.

Johnson hasn't been the player I was expecting at all. We need goals and I don't know where they are coming from.

Dark times right now. We've got to turn the corner and quickly.

I know it's demoralising isn't it. And I for one can't understand how we get that little bit worse? We're circling the plughole of L2 again. Owners need to take some blame for their leadership over this time.

We’re absolutely shocking. An embarrassing day to be a stag. 1, our team is awful, 2, every man and his dog is chanting the name of the opposition sub striker, and for what? Weird.

The cold hard fact is that NC failed to prepare for the season by bringing enough quality and enough of it.

Sutton United 5th . Harrogate 2nd . Just how much money have we wasted since getting back in the league ? We just can’t seem to do the basics .

Don’t know how Clough will fix this. I don’t think some of these players care to be honest and once that happens you’re in deep, deep trouble.

This squad’s got all the hallmarks of a relegation side hasn’t it. Can’t defend, no physicality, rubbish in the air, no playmakers, nobody wants to take some responsibility on the ball, no pace. What are we good at?

Accrington, Morecambe, Burton. Aren't teams that flash the cash yet they're all doing better than us
