Important job for Tisdale, he could do with making something stick after getting out of his depth in League 1 at MK Dons and failing at Bristol Rovers. The only way is down after Stevenage

Quite an interesting statement from Plymouth. No mention in any tweets that Lowe has gone. And they barely make a cursory nod to him in the statement. Maybe a bit of bad blood

Donny Rovers have had 89 serious applications for the job. Evans is also in betting.

Adkins would be a good appointment for them. He lives fairly local and they need someone to lift the place

Betting
Michael Flynn 4/1
Gary McSheffrey 5/1
Nigel Adkins 5/1
Anthony Barry 10/1
Paul Cook 10/1
Graham Coughlan 12/1
Simon Grayson 16/1
John Terry 16/1
Simon Weaver 16/1
Steve Evans 16/1
Chris Beech 16/1
Aidy Boothroyd 16/1
John OShea 16/1
Jonathan Woodgate 16/1
Danny Wilson 20/1
Paul Simpson 20/1
Warren Joyce 25/1
Sol Campbell 25/1
Paul Ince 33/1
Chris Powell 33/1
Colin Calderwood 33/1
Curtis Woodhouse 33/1

Surely they will poach the man from Chesterfield along with his free scoring centre forward. A biggish sized club with potential must be the next move for him.

I doubt they can afford the million pound compensation package

The 16/1 shot is a good bet as apparently they want someone with experience of the Chinese Superleague

Doncaster is too far north, all the travelling up and down the A1 would be too much .

Out of that lot, I’d take Flynn as the man most likely to save them this year. McCarthy and Adkins would want too much money to spend on new players.

I think Donny are skint so they will be doing a Hasloan and hoping Gary McSheffrey can win a few more games as caretaker manager with Frank Sinclair as his assistant and then give him the job.

I can't see Coughlan's style of football going down well with the Donny fans after the likes of Sean O'Driscoll, Dean Saunders/Brian Flynn, Darren Ferguson and Grant McCann. Mind you, some of them have said they are happy to go more direct to try and survive after dominating possession, going side to side but going nowhere under Wellens.

Good luck to Donny if they appoint Coughlan, the worst manager we've had in my 20+ years of watching us in my opinion.

How come Donny are skint? Their own stadium?

Don't think Donny own the stadium, it is leased.
