plan for 22/23
No no no, that’s certainly NOT how it will pan out, we need to be hitting the play offs minimum this season.
for a manager with so much experience i’m just flabbergasted we are were we are reference defending.
He must fix it & quickly, how is his problem that’s why he gets the pop star wages
Our time will come

What to do? Season is far from over.. We know theyre capable of playing and winning.
The lads at the back need to step up and complete a 90 minutes without making a stupid mistake, were not being carved open or out played. We are gifting every goal we concede. Genuinely a 0-0 would do them wonders.

Writing the season off after half a dozen games is an admission of failure.

I can think of the excuse for not recalling him in January... theyre not playing him at Right back, but at RWB where he has cover when he goes forward.
Got to say Its a formation I like when you have the right players for it.
Only thing positive about him I can see is if he continues to play well and a club wants to buy him in Jan.

We could try signing players who are good enough for our league not the one above. It seems the players we miss out on sign for clubs a league above. Not surprised they sign for clubs when you hear I want to play at the highest level I can . Failing to sign these players and then bringing in last minute signings to boost the numbers is clearly not working.

Would it involve playing players in their natural positions?
It’s there for all to see let me take training and pick the side for Saturday I may get bear and Broomo as cheerleaders ..

Sad we've been leaving Charsley out the squad when he contributed goals and assists last year and someone like Hewitt is getting game time stealing a living.
