Joke defence. I question again the transfer policy.

The right back at centre back is barged off the ball. Nartey comes across to help but is took on as well and the lad finishes past Bishop.

He's neither is he. I thought Rawson was weak as wass but Hewitt is absolutely atrocious, you can see why he's in sides that get relegated.

We were bullied last week but he picks the same CHs again.

The sooner Hewitt is back to 'squad player' the better, in fact I'd rather him not be

At least we usually score, plenty of time.

Crowd sounds great.

Stags free kick, around 25 yards from goal to the left of centre..

Sinclair takes it towards the bottom left corner and it's well wide.

Ball over the top, first time shot from about 30 yards? Over bishop and off the bar.

Would have been goal of the season so far

Bishop did well with the aftermath and we clear

Ball over the top and their lad Miller runs through the middle of the 2 defender and they hit the bar. A scramble ensues and we just deal with it.

It's end to end football again, could be 2-2 already.

Hawkins looks likely to score, great save from keeper.

Gordon crosses from the right wing and Hawkins heads it towards goal and the keeper tips it over..

Sinclair takes the conrr. Its a good one and the keeper just gets a touch to it.

Obvious Walsall are always looking for the long ball over the top of Hewitt

Who would you have signed?

Not Hewitt. I would also have signed a better centre half well before getting two inexperienced loans in two hours before the window closed after losing out on a target in July.

Hewitt, Rawson, Perch and two inexperienced loanees at centre half. Tell me that is good policy and I’ll get you an Uber to Rampton.

Some lovely one touch tippy tappy play down the middle for stags.. we look the better side by a mile but the long ball over the top causing the most problems because of our defence.

They've hit the bar and scored from two long balls

Funny you can't actually identify a suitable target.

We know we lost out on better players to clubs further up the chain and ended up with what we could get. The policy was right, the execution was wrong.

I'd go and bring Jason Shackell in, we need the experience definitely
