I think Nigel Clough was talking more about changing our set up for corners although he did say if players continued not to do their jobs then there could be changes.

He's right about set pieces. Better defending at corners gives us a draw against Bradford and Harrogate. Fine margins.

I agree he has played well.

Unfortunately for him personally, he must be racking up the goals conceded per EFL appearance given his previous time at Southend!
