Just looking at the BBC Transfers page. I see that recently keeper Adam Smith has joined Stevenage and Shawn McCoulsky signed for Col U. They were both released by FGR.

McCoulsky came on as sub in the TV game on Friday night, Sudbury vs Colchester. He then scored the 4th goal.

I used to know Norwood fairly well in his Tranmere days as I lived on the same apartment block floor as him and his girlfriend (Andy Cook used to be his car share too) - he's from Eastbourne and was regularly going back there and always said to me that he'd want to end up back towards the South Coast. Obviously money talks but would expect a club like Portsmouth, Wimbledon maybe or even Crawley. I reckon he's an Evans type of signing too, so wouldnt rule Gillingham out.

Stevenage have signed Peterborough United goalkeeper Christy Pym on loan for the rest of the season. Pym is reunited with Paul Tisdale.

Pym had a dressing room bust up with Darren Ferguson at Posh after the 3-1 defeat at Reading in September. Ferguson said Pym had "overstepped the mark" and has left him out ever since. He's not even been on the bench. Pym has said he wants to leave.

Are we going to see many clubs recalling loaned out players in January to help mitigate missing players through Covid?

It could also mean clubs being more reluctant to let players leave in January as they’ll be reliant on squad size to be able to fulfil their fixtures.

If there is an outbreak amongst a first team squad it might mean there are just more players there likely to catch it.

EDIT - just noticed the news about Clarke having his loan extended. It will be interesting to see what we do with Menayese and O’Keefe.
