He looked good against us and has scored a couple in the last few weeks.

Have also seen Conor Shaughnessy featuring heavily in Rochdales survival bid lately and two more assists tonight.

He could have been booked 5 (five) times before he was shown a straight red card. Bizarre refereeing I thought. He'd been booked 11 times in 20 games before tonight according to the commentators (I've not checked that).

He played ok. His goal should have been saved I thought. But no doubt that his red card changed the game as Exeter really did not look like getting back into it.

Credit to Alex Fisher, who gave Grimsby defence problems.

Grimsby may continue their rather good form against a faltering Exeter but I can't see them beating Cambridge on the last day or Barrow failing to get another point.

Would love to beat barrow next year!

Barrow could end up being our new Accrington Stanley.

Beating them 6-1?

I'm talking about the League. Since they came out of non league we have never beaten them in t'league, and most of the time they had our pants down.

Listening to Charlie Slater commentating on Notts it sounded like he's lost the will to live.

Most wrote him off after a couple of games on here  I bet some still wouldn't have him back despite having a decent season for us. He was frustrating at times, and did miss good chances but still managed a respectable record that year

Hemmings was (and is) on a completely different level to what we have now.

To think we have fans who criticised him, Tyler Walker, Danny Rose and Andy Cook is incredible really

I remember a few on here were whinging about Walker looking lazy and not bothered. He'd just scored 20 odd goals when this comment was made as well

You're forrit now you mentioned Rose, I can hear big yella punching his keyboard as we speak

I remember those posts about Walker. What planet do some people live on?

I thought the Rose sale was sensible at the time, although I would have rather kept Rose than resign Maynard.

I genuinely think we’d be 15 points better off if Rose was our starting striker this season

congratulations to Newport for finding someone with a longer throw-in than Mickey Demetriou. Step forward Aaron Lewis

He's turning into one of the worst striker loan signings in my 44 years of watching and there's been some bad ones

Be nice to try & get someone in with a long throw, always seems to be a weapon at this level to shake up attacks
