I wonder if there is (or should be) a number of Covid cases in the squad whereby a game can be postponed?

At the moment we have most of our defence out due to Covid (Benning, O'Keefe, Sweeney). Surely there should be a point where a club would have reasonable grounds for postponing a game?

I think there is. Scunthorpe have postponed three and aren’t playing again until the cup match at the earliest. They don’t play in the league until they play us.

If our game with them is postponed it will be like starting the season again for their squad and they would be ring rusty. I suppose that’s the problem with postponing matches ir takes a few weeks to get match sharpness back - but then again if you aren’t sharp in the first place!

Whereas I appreciate the situation with Covid is serious, our defence hasn't played all season - not going to notice much difference

Apparently the symptoms are now high temp, loss of taste, loss of man at corner and a continuous cough.
These are my opinions , if you don't like them I have others...
