Mine started and froze when I tried to change commentary. Watched on phone until it decided to play ball about 15 minutes in.

Failed to get a match pass (just keep getting an annoying bouncy ball) and now have been trying for over an hour but failing to get any audio commentary on 3 different devices. Thought I'd succeeded, only to join everyone else in hearing Harrogate v Walsall. Frustrating doesn't begin to cover it.

What a joke of a service. I too can't listen to the game, well not ours, i get Walsall v Harrogate. Wonderful, at least we've scored though.

Froze for first ten minutes of both halves and only getting Orient commentary. Rubbish!

A quick search of posts including iFollow on Twitter shows how awful a service it is that they are providing for clubs across the leagues.

mine was poor at the start and wouldn't load on my computer and then when I logged out from my account on my phone it was fine. Maybe that will help.

I kept blaming I follow until I realised it was my wifi signal that was not strong enough for video streaming. Since I've connected the laptop to my router via ethernet cable it's never missed a beat. Also found chromecast problematic. Now on Microsoft Edge and laptops connected to TV via HDM. 2 from 2 this season and no issues.

Mine works miles better on Chrome than Edge.

Last week by the end of the broadcast I was 5 minutes behind. This week spot on.

I use my iPad and safari and no problems, however I had to change to away commentary whereas last week it was Stags commentary from the off.

Looks like iFollow defaults to home team commentary no matter which team you buy from.

That's really weird as I watched on chrome v City and I had the same time lag issues that you had with edge. Wasnt just a split second it was 2-3 seconds.

Very sorry to hear that audio subscribers had commentary of Harrogate v Walsall. Clearly not acceptable. At half time, we reported it to the technical people who assured us they would look into it. Even more disappointing to later hear that it was not fixed until the closing minutes of the game. I'll ask Mark to complain in the strongest possible terms to ensure that doesn't happen again. It should not have happened in the first place, as the audio was correct on the video feed.
