Excellent. I’m flying back from LA on Saturday evening. Should knock an hour off the flight.

Is it heavy rain? The forecast only shows light rain during the day but almost 50mph winds.
I am out of the country so would not mind a postponement.

I am afraid that watching Stevenage will never, ever compare to Kate Humble, with a glint in her eye and those tressled blonde locks, knowingly talk about the rutting season on Springwatch.
I despair at how the male of the species is slowly being eroded.

Tbf it’s not too bad atm, I think by 3 it will be a joke though so more than likely it will be off.
Would have thought the decision will be made early to help the Newport fans from making the long trip. No idea if the players would have stayed over or set off early too.

Just a few miles away, and no serious rain yet.
The forecast is for intermittent rain until kickoff, so if the Met Office has it right there should be no problem getting the match started. Heavy and persistent rain is predicted from 3 onwards, with gale force winds. So anyone expecting nice football is guaranteed disappointment (not that we see much at any 4th Division ground at any time).

Non of today's games are postponed yet.
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

Live one mile from ground, no real rain to speak off, wet but squally winds and showers, probably down to how wet pitch is. I bet Newport are well on their way by now players and supporters.

I really hope this game is off today.
It's been bad enough watching this raspberry all season, the weather will make today's game a farce.

Most of this season's been a farce, so we're used to it

With the amount of rain we have had over the last few days do we have any weather watchers down Cheltenham way who can give us the lowdown on the prospects for tomorrow
