Good interview. Criticism of Dempster beginning to creep into the post match interviews now, and rightly so in my view.

It's okay everyone bashing the players - including the Chairman in his programme notes last week - but these are the men who need to perform for us, else we will be in the National League next season.

Genuinely concerned tonight for the first time.

Out of curiosity can we criticise Coughlan at any point or will the threads be deleted like the one earlier?

I think you will find that this forum welcomes healthy debate but has limited patience with posts like the one you “created” earlier.

I don’t see why it was deleted. Asked a question, ok it was stupidly put but the managerial change not made any short term impact like most managers do (I personally think he will in the long run)

I haven’t created any thread since the Pearce/Logan piss take at half time. The fact they are both on the transfer list speaks for itself.

Good interview and about time lack of fitness and Dempster is out in the open.

"we're getting punished for our misdemeanor and misbehaviour over the past 6 months"

Scathing but true.

How can the players can be so disrespectful towards eachothers, and their own careers?

For the penalty - back to goal, going away from goal, no one for the player to lay it off to - why do such a rash push? Everyone knows that modern players go down easier than a factory lass after last orders. Pearce as senior man ought to be talking to him, ‘Stand up, nothing stupid’ for 90 mins and teaching Matt.

The third was a punt over the top, possibly through mental tiredness we had switched off but that does not excuse the other two defenders ambling back.

Need to close games off inside half an hour to stand a chance.

A lot of people have been blaming midfield, but GC seems to suggest that it's a lack of ruthlessness up front combined with poor defending, allied to a lack of fitness.

Obviously performances are good, but we could become one of those sides where opposition fans wonder how such a good team is struggling near the bottom of the league. And then they find out, like today.

Judging from his demeanour I can't see him allowing this to continue.

More incisive finishing and that game would have been so different. Confidence is clearly lacking throughout.

This is a total myth.... Tifo football did a great video about it.

Its more common for a new manager to win their first or second game but results overall don't improve that much within the first 10 games, form tends to carry on.

You can see he's dying to blow his lid and he reveals more and more each interview.

I expect at least 3 incomings this week.

2 Centre Backs for sure.

Probably the first he would... beaten on his near post oh dear . But those who love panning Con always seem to lay the blame at a defenders door when it's Bob's gaff.. strange

Expected nothing and got nothing, but in a funny way not too downhearted. Created chances and should have been out of sight. Need to play the same against weaker opposion, take a chance or two and see a game out. Pleased we went to win the game and should have rather than park the bus and lose without a fight.

Theres goals and chances in this side. We've taken it to two good sides last couple of games and could / should have won both. If we can stop the defensive howlers we'll be ok.
