I hope he has a clue, but looks bereft of any idea atm to me.

Poisoned Chalice. At least 2 seasons to get us back to play off standard imo, after watching the midfield and defence today.

I’d say the opposite; he knows exactly what he needs to do. He knows he needs a clear out, and bring in some league 2 style players. Coughlan is in for a long term project but I doubt he came here thinking we would get promoted this season

He’s angry and I’m glad he is, because we all are too. He can see who is making the effort, who isn’t, who can perform, and who can’t - just like most of us in the stands can.

He’s got the owner’s support to shift out some of inept, uncaring personnel, and he obviously knows players that would give their all to join this club.

If he wasn’t sure before, the last two games have made it absolutely clear that new blood is desperately needed.

Always a brilliant honest and spot on interview. Saying there's one or two that can help the team shows he wants the majority gone.

Do what you can Graham and build your own team.

I like GC. Long term, he will be a success imo. He just needs time without the Neanderthals getting on at him.

Jake Wright. Said it on here last week. Coughlan mentions young and hungry players though, he’s definitely not young.

Radio Notts interview. Says he is as much to blame as the players, for those saying he needs to take responsibility himself.

Whilst agreeing with you. At the end of the day action speaks louder than words.

We need a couple of decent signings this window, before I'm convinced.

Bobby at fault again for no3, stayed rooted to his line and header 4 yards out. Undid all his good saves 1st half

He wasn’t at fault. Sweeney was at fault, lost his man again.

He wasn’t at fault. Sweeney was at fault, lost his man again.

But if it'd been Conrad we'd have had a thread 10 pages long now and Sweeney would've been blameless
