Drewe.....so your brief is to 'support' players and 'support' JD/LG?

If it is the former then methinks you are failing imo.

If it is the latter then methinks you are failing imo.

Why are you spatting with fans, as I see it on this post, about the negatives?

Surely you must be accentuating the positives?

As I said on another thread re the Colchester game, you can't just clap twice on the touchline and walk away without making some meaningful eye contact with a player who has done something 'right'...

It comes over Drewe that your brief is not reaping any meaningful rewards thus far?

I, of course stand to be corrected.......

It’s starting to seem to me the entire football structure at the club is becoming a complete and utter joke.

Considering the dross we are watching week in, week out, the numbers travelling to away games have been superb.

Would it be a huge problem for the management to acknowledge this?

Oh i wouldn't say that...

The 9 league games pre Drewe saw 9 points, 2 wins 3 draws 4 defeats... 46 pts over a season - probably relegation (in a normal year)
The 9 league games since Drewe came in have returned 12 points, 3 wins 3 draws 3 defeats... 61 pts over a season - mid table

He's clearly turned us round from being a side in relegation form, to a side set to finish mid table.

He needs to learn or accept that if he keeps biting back at fans, it will eventually cost him his job. If he doesn't care about that, fine crack on, but if he values his role and wants any chance to be here post Dempster - he needs to pack that stuff in.

If he's as good as he makes out, why isn't he in the Premier League?

He’s obviously not got a clue what he’s on about.

I tend to laugh mainly when I see his posts.

Partially as he’s about as much football knowledge as my goldfish but also out of sadness someone so inept could be an important member of the club.

Just finished reading Drewe's Broughton's book "And Then What?" which cost me £10 on ebay. Drewe describes himself as a footballer, coach, speaker and leader. His advise is essentially as follows:

Be yourself.
Be confident.
Believe in yourself.
Trust yourself.
Rely on your feelings and gut instinct.
Just do what made you a successful player in the first place.
Play without fear.
Just do it.
Don't let your ego bring you down.
Let go of your ego.
Don't think too much.
Concentrate on your feelings.
Work hard.
Keep working hard.
Run and run and run.
Just keep running until your lungs hurt and you cannot breathe and then run some more.
Don't compete with others.
Just be you and do your best.
Don't be scared to discuss your feelings.
You need to face your fears.
You don't always have to be on the edge.
Breathe.
Live in the moment.
Slow things down.
Be selfish.
Do what works for you.
Follow who you are.
Be the best version of yourself.
Trying to be too professional can kill you.
Once the work is done then let go.
Relax.
Calm down.
Focus on the power of the human soul.
Don't always listen to your coaches. They can bring you down.
Build strong foundations based on honesty, integrity, hard work, loyalty and commitment.
