If DF hadn’t been crapped on I’m sure we would be singing his, the staff, the players and our own praises right now
Majority of the squad is what we had last season, it’s simple Dempster is not the man unfortunately and now I think maybe it’s time that he leaves by mutual consent or possibly stays with the club and takes a role where he is suited NOT as the first team manager

I doubt very much he will go having got us through two cups and a draw away from home.
I'm not sticking up for him in anyway, I just can't see it happening.

I am afraid that Dempster is so frightened of losing that his selections and tactics defy any defence. I don't agree that half or three quarters of the squad should leave. Bring in a new manager before Christmas to impose a new approach of solid defence supporting an attacking midfield and attack, get the players to fight for the badge and then make sensible transfer decisions in January.
Revolution is not needed, just the guts to sack an honourable, pleasant man who was set up to fail by the board.
