Don’t agree half the team should
If DF hadn’t been crapped on I’m sure we would be singing his, the staff, the players and our own praises right now
Majority of the squad is what we had last season, it’s simple Dempster is not the man unfortunately and now I think maybe it’s time that he leaves by mutual consent or possibly stays with the club and takes a role where he is suited NOT as the first team manager

He's had worse runs of results and not been sacked.
I doubt very much he will go having got us through two cups and a draw away from home.
I'm not sticking up for him in anyway, I just can't see it happening.

And the problem is the best result was with players who cannot get a start in a league game .

The Radford’s are absolutely clueless if they think Dempster can get this team promoted.

I am afraid that Dempster is so frightened of losing that his selections and tactics defy any defence. I don't agree that half or three quarters of the squad should leave. Bring in a new manager before Christmas to impose a new approach of solid defence supporting an attacking midfield and attack, get the players to fight for the badge and then make sensible transfer decisions in January.
Revolution is not needed, just the guts to sack an honourable, pleasant man who was set up to fail by the board.

Not paid for several weeks, haven’t trained, lost 4-0 to Kingstonian last week. It’s an absolute joke. Surely there can’t be anyone on here still wanting to keep him?

Great post GFB, he is out of his depth and the board need to put him out of his misery.

Like I said above its the results he's getting at the moment keeping his job.
dont think he should be sacked on this basis but a word of warning about the style of play needing to improve.

Been saying this since the beginning. Got called negative and called out for.not giving him a chance. Well what a good use of time his chance has been.

It was a mistake. He needs to go.

Some posters are just in the 'anger' stage, I'm through that and well into 'acceptence' I'm afraid.

In Flitcroft's last 15 games we got 18 points
In Dempster's 18 games we've got 21 points

So, 33 games, 39 points, usually around bottom 8

The common denominator is the PLAYERS

Absolute crap result again. Dempster hasn't got a clue. Can't manage the team, selection awful. Couldn't be bothered today, Stayed home and watched the snooker.
