Is the correct answer.

But the Flitcroft lovers refuse to see that & instead are laying all the blame at the feet of JD.

He's his own man with his own ideas. Even if the former is true, which it is to some degree, then that doesn't make what has happened this season DF's fault does it.

He’s partly to blame yes. He got us into this spiral with his tactics & team selections from January onwards. JD is trying to pick up the pieces while also learning his trade and having ten players out injured/suspended/in jail!

Training methods & bad recruitment cause injuries, and most of the suspensions come from poor discipline. They're both down to the current management team.

Actually refreshing to see a manager who's still learning that he got something wrong and is doing something differently to rectify it.

Lets hope it works John... time is running out fast.

How can Dempster be blamed for Preston making two moronic tackles that weren't justified at all? It's common sense these days that those types of tackles are pretty much always going to be red cards.

Weak weak management or a listening manager?

Problem is this leaves him wide open, if we win in Cleethorpes it'll be the senior pros getting credit, if we lose he'll kop more flak.
Be interesting if the team, formation and tactics differ on Saturday.

His position is becoming untenable sadly.

The dislocated finger injury? How can that be down to the management? There's no blame at all for that, surely.

It would seem that all sensible, rational , thoughtful and considered reflection is now totally disregarded for rant and rage. Maybe twas ever thus, but the fact that this decline started in January just cannot be ranted and raged away.

I don't think anyone can deny it started January time, that's why DF got the chop and you bring in a new man with fresh focus and ideas.
Can you honestly say there's any change, it's as if DF is still here. Same formation, tactics and players out of position and that's why he has to go!!
