Be fair: Dempster does “emotionless blob” better than anyone.

players have just got their boots off, it's not like Radford's gonna march down to the changing rooms and say 'youre fired' like he's bloody Alan sugar is he?

Hopefully he will be put back in charge of the youth setup which seems to suit him better

Wow your easily pleased. We created two chances first half from 753 long balls. It was awful.

Our little group agree with you Chander and we are hard to please. Jamie sits in Quarry so misses play at t'other end. We played some decent stuff but missed chances and then lost to the worst side to come here this season, against 11 they were worse than Scunthorpe

We were no more than average first half against a very poor side. I can’t believe that second half performance though. Even down to 10 Dempster showed incredible naivety. I also think Preston should never play again. He was terrible first half and an embarrassment second half!!!

We didn’t really create anything in the first half, CJ made two chances out of nothing really and then fluffed his lines.

No we weren't.

We were. We did nothing other than a half chance from Pearce and Hamilton missing a sitter after somehow beating the defender after tripping over his own feet.

We set up with 5 defenders and 2 defensive midfielders and left all of our creativity on the bench.

It took me back to watching Adam Murray's team towards the end of his reign.

John Radford: move Dempster to your other club - Retford United. Let him learn his craft there.

Get your wallet out (again) - we desperately need an experienced manager.

So Sweeneys free header from 6 yards after 5 mins doesn't count either

Absolutely he deserves to go back to the youth academy rather than being sacked.

Love him or hate him, Evans at the time was a big coup for us then for us to prise Flitcroft from a bigger club like Swindon. When he was sacked I thought we would get another experienced manager to take us further but instead we took a big step backwards.
Even if Dempster goes, the board are responsible for us wasting nearly quarter of the season.
First time I've left a game early in over 20 years

The core attendance was down by a thousand from the Scunthorpe game tonight. People voting with their feet already

I don't like calling for people to lose their job but I really think after tonight it is righ to say that Dempster is above his ability.
