Sends out the perfect message in my eyes, unless you're good enough and work hard enough then you wont be getting a chance.
We cannot be sending kids who are not good enough into the man's game just because they're from Mansfield. In the real world you wouldn't give someone a job because they are local, you give it to the best person for the job.
