Worst ever kit

Postby ParisStag » Sun Jun 16, 2019 7:03 pm

It's all about taste (or lack thereof), but what do people think is our worst ever kit? Last season's was pretty dreadful for me, but not the worst by a long stretch.

2010-11 and 2011-12 are the two worst for me.

94/95 & 95/96 simply hideous.

1999-2000 was shocking & the year after wasn’t much better either.

Not sure if the new Mansfield Kingston Rovers kit will take that accolade. Not bought a home kit for around 15 years as I find at least one fault with them. I hate the v this time. Looking forward to the kit release in 2021.

2013/14 for me (or 14/15), our first year back in the league. Particularly when worn as all yellow.

I thought that 13/14 was a good kit, probably one of the best. Surprised to see it given a vote for worst ever.

Yeah, agreed. After 4 nightmarishly bad kits in a row, the 13/14 one reverted to a more simplistic design that many fans were crying out for. It was the first one I bought since the the early 2000s and the last one I've bought to now. I may get the latest though.

I thought the kit we had when we won the conference was one of our best in recent times  just shows it’s an impossible task trying to please everybody with a new kit!
