Disliked him since he played for York in our last League Promotion. They unexpectedly beat us at their place with Brass at full back and cheating all game long. Showed what a cheating thug he was.

I think he took over as manager (probably the following season) when they were relegated to the hell pit.

He won't stop until he gets what he wants out of Bury.

He did score the greatest own goal of all time though!

Absolute quality that OG up at Darlington - he broke his nose in the process too

He is probably the best player in league 2. I am surprised then that they have held on to him for so long without the temptation to sell as I wager they would have had several offers from league 1 clubs over the last few transfer windows. I bet Peterborough have been one that have shown interest as that is what they do.

We ought to contact Bury and offer to sign Danny Mayor, Jay O'Shea or Nicky Maynard for next season.

Mayor was supposed to be going to Preston for £1 million.

No chance he’s too old to demand a million quid at 28 isn’t he ?

Was waiting for that as soon as I’d posted

Nearly every team is spending above their means if we’re being pedantic but nearly all do pay their players. Surely not difficult to grasp where I am coming from...

It would with Bury being serious as they've been there before - quite a few times.

Ironic they're called the shakers

Hopefully the Bury players will start to take it easy as they will not want to risk injuries if they are not getting paid.

Won't the PFA step in if they're not getting paid?
