We were no better in the BSP, there were plenty of references about 'pub teams' 3/4 years of getting battered by tem taught some of us humility.

To be fair a Manager has a goal/objective at the start of the season, the budget will reflect that. Top 3 budget should mean top 3 finish. On paper we have some of the best players to wear our shirt, if a manager cant see them over the line then should he not face the consequences?

You also don't need to revert to Plan B after 17 minutes.

Had Montenegro been 1-0 up going into the last 30 minutes Southgate would have chucked Rheady on.
